The Junior Visiting Fellowships Programme offers to young researchers (no more than 5 years after PhD and not over 35 years old) from around the world the opportunity to spend a period of time conducting research with a faculty member of the Department of Human Sciences and Education –normally between four and six weeks, though longer visits may be arranged.
During the stay, Junior Visiting Fellows will pursue their research project in one of the fields of interest of a faculty member, and will actively engage with the Department’s initiatives.
The Junior Visiting Fellowships will cover costs for travel and lodging up to 3.000 euros. Junior Visiting Fellows will be provided with office space, and will have access to the facilities of the Department, including library, computing and printing facilities.
Applications will be evaluated by a Committee within the Department of Human Sciences and Education. Forthcoming deadlines for applications:

- A cover letter stating the purpose of your academic visit, and specifying the proposed dates of stay;
- A short CV (no more than 3 pages);
- A research statement (no more than 500 words) which outlines your intended research project, and explains how your stay in Milano Bicocca might benefit you and complement the Department’s work.
- Two letters of reference in support of your application, to be sent directly to the above address by the deadline.
