Improving the quality of online work: sustainability and accessibility experiences

We are pleased to invite you to the open meeting on 28 October 2022, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the University of Milan Bicocca, Building U6, Room 42 (1st floor).

We will talk about new ways of integrating sustainability and accessibility in online work, improving the quality of processes and results, in organisations and projects, starting from the experience of "the ONE Meeting project". This is a two-year international project (Eramsus+ KA2) that has produced 3 free resources designed to accompany organisations and teams towards more sustainable and accessible online meetings.

This will be followed by a presentation by ASSOCHANGE, the Italian Association of Change Management, which will offer an overview of the accessibility and inclusiveness of meetings and projects, including some current experiences.

The BASE - Bicocca Ambiente Società Ecologia centre, which channels the University's initiatives on sustainability and the environment, will also participate. The University of Milan-Bicocca's approach to sustainability will be presented, sharing examples of good practice.

The guidelines for reducing barriers in communication through automatic transcription produced by the P&C - Pandemic and Communication project will also be presented, illustrating some solutions adopted in the event itself.

The event will be rounded off with an extensive coffee break offered to registered participants, to promote networking, exchange of experiences and viewing of the project output documents. A certificate of attendance will be handed out at the end of the day.
