Anthropology prepares students to investigate cultural differences through a field research method that focuses on the interaction between local and global dimensions. It provides the tools to approach the contemporary world in an informed, rigorous, critical and creative way.

The programme, with its international teaching staff and integration of practice and theory, prepares experts in topics of social interest such as gender, development, religion, cultural heritage, migration, and health and social intervention ideologies, while also providing expertise on specific societies (Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific).
