Graduates will be able to work in educational and organizational contexts, and in projects oriented to environmental and cultural heritage enhancement, both public and private.
It is aimed both at those who have pedagogical and organizational skills and want to master languages on an artistic- expressive basis to integrate them into the field of educational professions, as well as those who come from studies and experiences in the artistic, expressive, embodied, performative and literary fields, wish to deepen and master the training and organizational aspects.
Aspiring anthropologists are drawn to the cultural diversity of modern societies; they love to travel, but are also curious about the unknown right on their doorstep. Anthropology prepares students to investigate cultural differences through a field research method that focuses on the interaction between local and global dimensions. It provides the tools to approach the contemporary world in an informed, rigorous, critical and creative way.
The programme, with its international teaching staff and integration of practice and theory, prepares experts in topics of social interest such as gender, development, religion, cultural heritage, migration, and health and social intervention ideologies, while also providing expertise on specific societies (Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific). Graduates will work in intercultural contexts and wherever scientific analysis of the social and symbolic order is relevant.
The Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development is an advanced program aimed to prepare professionals to work in Human Resource and Training & Education fields, both in Corporate Departments and in Consultancy.
The program is aimed to form theoretical and methodological competences in the fields of adult education (on a life-long perspective), organizational analysis, human resource systems and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) applied to Education and HR processes.
